Design:
The Mix NUC Mini PC comes with a CNC-cut aluminium metal body. In terms of chassis dimensions, it measures 128×128×42 mm, making this mini PC very compact. The chassis has a volume of 0.68 litres. On the top side of the chassis, you will find an illuminated logo. For cooling, the Thunderobot Mix NUC uses a new custom-made Y+U-shaped heat pipe. This means the heatsink has a total of two copper heat pipes with a large fin area, which increases cooling efficiency by 20%.
CPU+GPU Performance:
This Thunderobot Mix NUC Mini PC offers you two powerful CPU options: the first variant comes with the AMD Ryzen 7 H 255, and the second variant comes with the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 chip.
AMD Ryzen 7 H 255:
Talking about the Ryzen 7 H 255, this chip was specially launched in China under this name. This chip is based on the Zen 4 architecture, and it comes with 8 cores and 16 threads. Its base clock is 3.8 GHz, and the boost clock is 4.9 GHz. It has a 16 MB Level 3 cache and approximately 20 PCIe Gen 4.0 lanes, but the chip does not include a dedicated NPU.
The Ryzen 7 H 255 chip comes with AMD’s Radeon 780M iGPU, which is based on RDNA 3.0, with a total of 12 compute units. The boost clock of this iGPU is 2600 MHz. With this, you can do casual light gaming using the integrated graphics.
AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370:
The Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Chip is a powerful APU based on the Zen 5 architecture. It comes with 12 threads and 24 threads. This chip has 4 performance cores and 8 efficiency Z5 cores. It offers a base clock of 2.0 GHz; the 8 efficiency Z5 cores can reach a maximum boost clock of 3.3 GHz, and the 4 performance cores have a maximum boost clock of 5.1 GHz. It comes with 24 MB of Level 3 Cache. The chip’s default TDP is 28W, with a configurable TDP of 15-54W, making this AMD APU very efficient.
The Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Chip features an AMD Radeon 890M based on RDNA 3.5. This integrated GPU comes with a total of 16 compute units and a boost clock of 2900 MHz, allowing light gaming; this integrated GPU performs slightly below the RX 580. Additionally, it has an XDNA 2-based dedicated NPU that delivers up to 50 TOPS of AI power, making this chip perfect for productivity and casual gaming.
RAM/Storage:
Both variants of the Thunderobot Mix NUC Mini PC come with 32 GB DDR5 RAM. Clear information about the memory clock speed has not been revealed yet, but you can upgrade its memory, as it has a total of two dual SO-DIMM DDR5 slots. As for storage, it comes with a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD, and you get an extra slot where you can install another Gen 4 NVMe SSD to increase its storage.

On the front side of the Thunderobot Mix NUC Mini PC, there is a USB-C (40 Gbps) port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack next to them, and also a power button.
Talking about the rear IO ports, on the back side you get a total of four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.4, a 2.5G Ethernet port, and power input.
